The same can be done in case of teachers; asking what problems they face, how is their professional experience coming up and if they need to say anything that they can’t otherwise disclose publicly or face to face.

Taking surveys is a long term solution to short term problems, and helps you find the areas that need improvement and the areas that need termination. Surveys help provide everyone’s view point, and acting on the suggestions and feedback will be in the best interest for everyone.
